Robert Joseph Peabody, 37, Pleasant Hope, died Saturday night near Buffalo after he lost control of his car on a gravel road and it overturned, Highway Patrol troopers said. Mr. Peabody was a welder for Loren Cook Co., in Springfield and a graduate of Hillcrest High School. Survivors include his wife, Janice; two sons, Robert Jr. and Justin Edward, both of the home; one stepdaughter Ginger Sharp, Buffalo; one brother Edward L. Jr. Strafford; one sister Mrs. Carolyn Sue Bacon, Springfield; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Peabody, Springfield. Services will be announced b y Herman Lohmeyer.
