About	David Elmer Hohensee, 64, a lifelong resident of Springfield, passed away on Dec. 7, 2005, in his home. He was a carpet and tile layer for Poindexter tile for 38 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife, Roxanna Hohensee, of 24 years; one daughter; Donna Chastain and husband, Al; five sons, Derrick Hohenssee, Springfield; Ron Hohensee, Nixa, Terry Hohensee, Walnut Grove, Jeff Hohensee, and Randy Hohensee, both of Sioux City, S.D.; and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Monday in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. [Spfd News Leader dated December 10, 2005; SSDI]
