About	Linda Kay Morris, 62, of Springfield, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2005, in Cox Hospital North. Linda was born on February 15, 1943, in Springfield to Kenneth and Mary (Haden) Hargis. She was a graduate of Hillcrest High School class of 1961, and was the Regional Rep. for Tough Love of Springfield. Linda was retired from the U.S. Postal Services in Springfield after 33 years. She was married to Charles Morris on November 10, 1983, and he survived, of the home. Also surviving are a son, Jeffery Walls of Springfield, and daughter, Shelly Spurgeon and husband, Don of Springfield; two stepsons, Church and William; stepdaughter, Melody; four grandchildren, Jack Hicks, Garrett, Taylor and Chandler Sweaney; uncle,, Wayne Hargis; and several cousins. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2005, in Preston-Marsh Funeral Home, Rogersville, with burial in the Palmetto Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
