Kenneth James Stewart Sr., 55, of Springfield, died Thursday morning, August 11, 2005, at the Cox Medical Center South. He was born April 18, 1950, in Niangua, Mo., to Harry and Lola (Boyd) Stewart. Kenneth was a 1968 graduate of Hillcrest High School. On July 19, 1969, he married Judith Pitts in Springfield, Mo. He is survived by his two sons, Kenneth James Stewart, Jr., and Johnny Lee Stewart; granddaughters, Sydney Stewart and Micha Shaw. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry W. Stewart; brothers, Bobby Gene Stewart and Tommy Lee Stewart. He is survived by his mother, Lola A. Stewart and siblings who are Marcella Brooks, Nancy Roberson, Mark Stewart, Lena Johnson, Larry Stewart, Bill Stewart, Keith Stewart, Karen Bisher and his beloved life companion, Shelly Nagel. Funeral services are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North. visitation will be on August 13, 2005, at 12 to 1 p.m. funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
