About	Ozark -- Services for Edward Lee Moore, 37, Ozark, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Greenlawn North Chapel., Springfield. Burial will be in Union Grove Cemetery near Fair Grove. Mr. Moore died at 12:26 p.m. Wednesday in Cox Medical Center North after a short illness. He was a salesman for Process Supply and a member of Ozark United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Brenda; a son, Jason Edward, of the home; a stepdaughter, heather Renee, of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Moore, Springfield; two sisters, Peggy Shipley, Springfield, and Sue Buff, Republic; and a brother, Terry, Shawnee, Kan. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
