About	Don Fischer, 53, went to be with the Lord on Monday morning, May 7, 2001, in the presence of his mother and family. His life was a commitment to his mother and his special aunt, Pauline Megerian. His volunteer activities consisted of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Crosslines, and his church. He was an active member of the Woodland Heights Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth, of the home; a sister, Marie Williams and husband, Ken, Springfield; two brothers, Richard Fischer and wife, Norma, Rogersville, and Bill Fischer and wife, Karen, Springfield; nieces, Jana Bonham and Melanie Fischer; nephews Brad Williams, Chris Fischer, Sean Fischer and Lance Fischer; and numerous relatives and friends. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2001 in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 6y to 8 p.m. today.
