About	Mr. Jerry L. Ussery, 63, Sparta, passed away at 9:55 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2006 in Cox Medical Center South. His family will receive friends and have a memorial service and celebration of his life at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006, in Barnes Family Funeral Home, Ozark, Mo.
