William Phillip Vaught, 29, of 2725 North Kansas, died at 1 p.m. Sunday in St. John's Hospital. Mr. Vaught, a steamfitter, had been ill since last August. He is survived by one son, Jason, of Springfield, and one daughter, Lesia, of Weston; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Vaught, of the home; two sisters Mrs. Mary Luna, Springfield, and Mrs. Martha Mackey, Mountain Home, Ark. Arrangements will be announced by Klingner. [Spfd News Leader dated March 4, 1974; SSDI]
Funeral services for William Phillip Vaught, 29, of 2725 North Kansas, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Klingner Chapel with the Rev. John Doolittle officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Mr. Vaught died at 1 p.m. Sunday in St. John's Hospital after a seven-month illness. [Spfd News Leader dated March 5, 1974]
