California - Services for Larry Nichols, 36, Jamestown, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bowlin Chapel here, with burial in the St. Paul's United Church of Christ cemetery. The Rev. Richard Ferris will officiate. Mr. Nichols died Saturday at Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City after a brief illness. He was a native of Springfield. Mr. Nichols was an engineer for the Missouri Public Service Commission for 10 years and was active in civic affairs. He is survived by his wife, Tem; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Earl Nichols, 2030 North Kellett; two sons, Robert Bradley and Richard Joseph; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann, all of the home, and a brother, Ronald Earl [Nichols], Ozark.
