About	Jodie Denise Evans, daughter of Douglas Paul Bell and Mary Lou (Kruse) Bell, was born March 9, 1967, in Rockford, Illinois, and passed away May 4, 2009, at the age of 42 years, one month and 15 days. Jodie attended Hillcrest High School in Springfield, Mo. On May 8, 1984, Jodie was united in marriage to Marty Evans. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rosemary Frazier. Survivors include her husband, Marty Evans; her children, Robert "Robbie" Douglas Evans and his wife, Tracy, Strafford, and Lacy Jo Evans, Fordland; and the nephew that she helped raise, Harley Evans, who was more like a son; her grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Noah and Emma Evans; her parents; her grandparents, JoAnn Bell, Poplar Bluff and Jack and Donna Bell, Doniphan; her siblings, Lori Wilson, Rogersville, Amy Thomas, Springfield, Rebekah Bell, Springfield and Debra Bell, Springfield; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, Saturday, May 9, 2009, in Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield, with the Rev. James Crawford officiating. [Spfd News leader dated May 9, 2009]
