About	Jim Morehouse, 56, Springfield, was born April 13, 1951, to Clifford James and Pauline (Lindsey) Morehouse, who preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and NASCAR Racing. He loved being a Shriner and participated in the YABAN, Greeters and Bats. Survivors include his son, Troy Morehouse and his wife, Crystal; his daughter, Missy Judy and her husband, Shane; his five grandchildren, Cody, Aspen, Joshua, Sierra and Sage; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to especially thank all the Shriners, family and friends that loved Jim and helped in caring for him. A visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Midtown, 1635 N. Benton, Springfield. There will be a Masonic service beginning at 6:30 during the visitation. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 19 in the McBride Cemetery near Lebanon at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jim's name to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
