Vicki was a close friend in my youth. Her parents were wonderful people as well. Ironically, after many years, I was Vicki’s mother’s hospice nurse and was a first hand witness to Vicki’s extraordinary care of her mother as her mom was dying. Vicki was indeed a special woman with boundless love, kindness and patience.
