Highland (Blackwood, NJ) class of 1970 small (girls ring). Lost in Williamstown, NJ when house was robbed in April of 2013. Call or text Ruth at 6092213168. Thanks for any help.

I moved from New Jersey to Texas in 1980. Recently an in law passed away ane in the belongings is a Highland High School Class of 1979 girls ring with the initieals R.J.R. in side. I have no idea who this person is. We woulf like to return it to it's owner. We have been trying different avenues to find the person but have had no luck. Can you help?
