Nancy Gibbons Addison

Class of 1973

Nancy Gibbons Addison (1973), is staring in the documentary called: "Eating You Alive," which is being released in December, 2016. It's a show about health, well-being and how the food we eat affects us and our health. It stars Samuel L. Jackson, Dr. T. Nancy also won the Mom's Choice Award for excellence for her healthy cookbook, "Raising Healthy Children," (which was also a number one best seller); her book, "How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian " Second edition; was a best seller and also was an Indie Finalist in two categories; she is a weekly guest on "Food For Medicine" on KLGD fm 106.9 the Country Giant, talking about health with Richard Kemp (recent Peabody Award Winner), and other books Nancy has written are: "Lose Weight, Get Healthy And Never Have To Be On A Diet Again!" and "Alive and Cooking; An Easy Guide To Health For You And Your Parents."

Nancy is an international speaker, environmental specialist and expert concerning Organic Health.
Her books are used extensively by Doctors and other health care practitioners, as their nutritional resource.

Nancy's daughter is now a practicing International Human Rights Lawyer in NYC and her son is an Trial Lawyer in Dallas. Her son married Edy Jones, also a highland park graduate.
Nancy is still taking ballet weekly and keeps in touch with many of her HP graduate friends.
