Paul passed away 1/21/89 in Lubbock, Texas of a heart attack at age 44. He was Chairman of the Dept. of Advertising and Public Relations at Texas Tech, and was pursuing a PHD in Journalism from Oklahoma State University where he had been the Public Relations Director for the College of Engineering. Survivors included his two daughters in Stillwater, OK.
