Elaine passed on November 21, 2017 due to multiple medical issues. She is survived by her husband Gerald, two children and four grandchildren. Elaine retired from the Stafford County,VA planning commission and was very active in several organizations. She passed in Lake City,FL.Elaine and her husband moved to FL from VA in 2005.
