| About Me | Besides finishing my education and perusing a career in the automotive business, I got married in 1984 with Bibi and we have been blessed with two wonderful boys Mario Jr. 25 years old and Michael Bryan 22 years old. We have been hard at work pursuing my automotive career and dream of becoming an automobile dealer that after working for 20 year and moving up the rankings to managing partner and CEO of Braman Imports I decided in 2001 to buy a dealership in Miami (Packer Pontiac). After much hard work we are proud of our partners and associates as today we own Brickell Motors a Honda, Buick and GMC dealership in Miami. We also have expanded our footprint to Stuart Florida with the opening this fall (2013) of our new Audi and Infiniti dealership as well. I believe that hard work, tenacity, and an ongoing desire to learn, has helped me become a business leader in South Florida. Recently I took on the task of turning around several auto dealerships in the heart of Miami’s “Little Havana” neighborhood. You can find me at the stores every day, talking to customers, giving advice to associates, and making sure that every person who walks through my door is treated as friends and family. My approach to business has always been a combination of attitude and action. I have worked countless hours to develop an acute awareness of customer satisfaction, the evaluation of profits and revenues, the understanding of market shares and capital investment and the importance of maintaining product quality and integrity. My philosophies are direct: positive attitude, team development, and synergy within an organization that heightens the awareness of individuals and motivates them to act. Individuals should be aware that for every action there will be an equal and opposite reaction, and therefore should take a proactive approach in anticipating those reactions. Proper benchmarks and constant evaluation of progress achieved help individuals to attain their goals. I have served as Chairman of the FADA and the Honda National Dealer Advisory Board, GM advisory boards for marketing and fixed-operations. Outside of the automotive business and industry, I am active in numerous civic and community organizations. Some of the many organizations that I support are: St. Thomas University, Miami Children’s Hospital Foundation, YPO, Orange Bowl Committee, and MADD, South Florida Auto Dealer Association and the U.S.S.
