About Me	I'm all about family and the military. My 28 year old son is a 2nd Lt. in the Army National Guard and completed a year deployment in the Sinai Pennisula in 2011. I am a Catholic. I have three wonderful children(ages 35, 28 and 26. I am a 7 year cancer survivor and 7/19/05 will always be my defining moment when death stares you in the face and it's your choice to choose death or choose life. I chose life. Each nanosecond is precious to me. I do my daily battle with fibromlyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and a plethora of auto-immune symptoms but I have a truly wonderful, loving husband, an amazing family and friend support system and one onintuitive black Chihuahua that is my confidante and was blessed to share life with my first Dachshund, Shania, who went to the Rainbow Bridge in February 2011. I also have my granddogs Angel Brandy, Angel Katie, Angel Macon and Molly and a grandcat Jacobeth. I spend a lot of time on CaringBridge and CaringPage, cyber support groups for those battling with cancer and serve as a support to them by keeping them in my prayers and writing notes of encouragement in their guest books. I've recently become addicted to reading blogs and have quite a collection of those I read and finally bit the bullet and started my own blog in November 2007. They almost rival reading books. People have so much to share of their lives on their blogs and it is my means of living vicariously through others.
