DANIEL, Barbara Dovel, departed this life on January 10, 2009. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Daniel; her mother, Claire Dovel; her sister, Diana Winston and extended family. A memorial service will be held in the gymnasium of Douglas Freeman High School at 8701 Three Chopt Rd. at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2009. The family will receive friends at the school following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Jonathan A. Daniel Scholarship Fund at Suntrust Bank, 9072 West Broad St., Richmond, Va. 23294.
