I graduated from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia where I majored in Photography, did photography in the US Air Force, was chief photographer for the Sun Newspapers in Omaha and freelanced for United Press International. I have taught photography at both the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Metro Community College in Omaha, as well as currently teaching Photographic classes for Rockbrook Camera. I have traveled extensively in Europe... England, Scotland and Wales, in France ... in Paris, Alsace, Marseille and Languedoc and in Hungary. I have also traveled across the Sahara desert in Mauritania and have spent time in Morocco. A lengthy trip to Guangzhou in south China was my first step into the beautiful and fascinating world of Asia, and then rafting down the Li River in Guangxi Province.
