Roger Allen Dowlin, 59, of Copperhill, Tenn., was born in Chester County and laid to rest on September 3, 2011, of a short illness. He was the son of Florence (Ballentine) Dowlin and the late Elmer (Barney) Dowlin. He is also survived by Christine, his wife of nine years and his children, Scott, Michael, Brittany and Melissa Kitchen, all of Tenn., and 10 grandchildren.
