About	Walter "Walt" J., Sr. age 72, of Malvern, PA went home to be with the Lord on October 10, 2023. Beloved husband of Sharon Blair for 51 years just a few weeks shy of their 52nd wedding anniversary. Walter grew up in West Chester. He graduated from Henderson High School, attended Ursinus College and then transferred to West Chester University where he studied Science while working as a Lab Technician at Wyeth Laboratory. Upon completion of his bachelors degree, he was promoted to Chemist with focus on Medicinal Pharmaceuticals. His work was his passion. He enjoyed being with his family and coaching his children's soccer teams.

Walt was my running partner in 68 and 69. We ran more miles than most people drive during High School. He was the hardest worker I've ever known. Walt was the only one who cheered me on during the District Championship at Valley Forge. Walt was the first to greet me at the finish line as I won that day. He will always be in my memories and heart. Peace Brother.
