About	Roxie attended school in Hayes Center from kindergarten through most of 8th grade, except for a couple of years. We always considered Hayes Center to be our hometown. Roxie married in 1972 and had two children but no grandchildren. In 1984, Roxie was diagnosed with MS. It was complications from the MS that took her after a lengthy hospital stay.
