About Me	I come from the old school whereby sharing and giving is a part of my daily experience. I value family, friendships and learning something new as often as possible. I treasure animals and land, wildlife and the watching of such. I prefer beaches ( particularily whale watching), mountains and country areas much more than city life. Although currently a Culinary Pro, Author and Publisher, I am highly trained and experienced in Education and Psychology and enjoy and am passionate about helping children overcome obstacles in an effort to assist them and their parents toward reaching a better, more benefical and healthier life. Besides I get much pleasure sharing the goodness of homemade love in the form of recipes. I am laid back, highly educated and often silly at times. Humor is a part of me!
