We have not reserved any room blocks as of today, but that may change if demand warrants it. If you are interested in getting a room, please let one of the committee members know.

We are looking to put together an outing for Sunday, probably at one of the local parks, as we did for the 40th & 45th. Volunteers and ideas are welcome.
If you are interested in coming – please RSVP by 5/31 via phone or e-mail to Nancy Canady (canadyn@verizon.net) or Dave Haar (dave.haar@icloud.com). We have attached an RSVP form that can either be sent back electronically or sent with your check. Please complete any information we have that is missing.
PLEASE SEND YOUR CHECK to Nancy Canady, 3707 MacGregor Court, Annandale, VA 22003 by MAY 30th 2020. Please put HHS Reunion in the memo field.

Dear classmates and friends –

We are watching the progression of this outbreak and the associated testing results to see how this might affect our plans in July. We have been asked by the venue to put off any change in plans until 30 days prior to the event – at which point we have several options that they will work with us on.

We understand that many of us may be travelling and may have already made plans. Most airlines at this point are suspending fees and allowing changes to reservations and/or cancellations in flights made in the past 4 – 6 weeks.

The committee will be meeting on June 12th to determine our go forward strategy which could include several options – move to the 10th of July to mitigate the need to guarantee 75 attendees, Postpone until later in the Fall or Postpone until next year – when hopefully this pandemic has played itself out and vaccines are available to high risk individuals like us and travel is safer.

We will keep you posted. If you have questions, please reach out to one of the committee members.

Stay away from crowds, wash your hands often and please stay safe.

The committee,

Alan Brown, Nancy Volz Canady, Phil Centonze, Janet Virginia Croce, Erick Frenke, Dave Haar, Janet Schanker Cohen Huml, Dee & Bill Maggi, Lynn Ariosto Oill & Brad & Tracy Rock.
