| About Me | Sunny Northeast Florida is perfect with low interest rates and great pricing. It's less crowded than other parts of Florida. I have been building my real estate business with referrals from friends and family!: www.listingbook.gwentempleton.com My high school friends knew me as Gwen Terry and my friends before my divorce knew me as Gwen Treston.I am Real Estate Broker living Northeast, Florida. After High School, I became a Registered Nurse and Lived in Valley Forge, PA, then Grand Blanc, Michigan. In 1990, I became a real estate broker and have been training, managing and selling ever since. I was married in 1976 and had three great children. In 1997 we moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and then to Florida in 2005. My husband and I separated in 2006. My oldest daughter, Lindsay was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2006 and together we battled until September 12, 2007, when she went to be with our loving lord.. My middle daughter, Kylie and her husband Tom live in Colorado along with my three grandchildren, Dehlaney, Brody and Ellie. My son, Michael lives in the Jacksonville area. I enjoy spending time with my friends, my dogs, Rosie Jean, a pug and Niles Humphrey, a Japanese Chin Rescue, and doing stand up comedy.
