| About Me | After divorce I went to & graduated from KCC in mechanical tool & die drafting & design then headed to California with my son. Loved the adventure and working for United Technologies Corp, Chemical Systems Div. as an electronics drafter. Took a vacation to set sights on moving to Colorado, but ended up finding "home" in New Mexico in 1980. Love the diversity, the cultures! Landed a job with Holmes & Naiver, INC & contracted out to Sandia National Laboratories working as an electrical drafter/designer on site for their buildings. Now retired after leaving a new path of Herbalism and enjoy the freedom! I enjoy architecture from around the world. I've been into Nutrition for many years & continue trying to have & eat a cleaner diet than my past...basically organics & very little to no red meats. I do indulge occasionally in wild game when available. Trying my abilities with Pilates & revisit Yoga from time to time in the attempt to keep my back strengthened as much as I can with a large portion fused! Water aerobics has been an alternate form of exercise, as well. When weather permits I will also be found walking or riding my old lady's bike. LOVE the water!! Don't swim like a dolphin, but sure enjoy playing in water (pool, ocean, lake, whatever is safe for my limited abilities! Body surfing, snorkeling in waters with warm, white sandy beaches is a BLAST!
