Ken died peacefully of natural causes under VA hospice care after a long decline. Preceded in death by his wife Gloria in 2021, and his younger son, Bruce G. Woodring in 2017. Survived by eldest son Paul W. Woodring of Fairlawn, Ohio, and Bruce's three Children.
