Barry passed about 1971; he succumbed to kidney failure. I know that he is remembered by our other classmates.
He was a beautiful person, a wonderful best friend, and easy going. He was a tall floppy guy, very intelligent, funny and would brighten anyone's day. I have always missed our talks and not having the opportunity to grow up together, share our families, and be friends to the end.
At his passing, he had a girlfriend, Charlotte, who made him happy and content. I wonder where she is today.
His folks spent their retired time in St. Pete, FL. His sister, Betsy, married, had a child, and separated from her husband. She lives, as far as I can tell, somewhere in the Clearwater, FL area. I would love to see her some day. If anyone knows her or sees her, tell her I think of her and the family we knew.
Barry, I know that you are looking down from up there; I hope I have earned the friendship and brotherhood that we shared, while you were with us. We were family to each other.
