About Me	In 1969, I left Harlingen and headed for Houston. I worked in several occupations mostly in retail. K-Mart, Globe, Montgomery Ward, and Woolco, I was offered a transfer to Las Vegas Nevada in 1973. I lived in Vegas for a year. I transferred back to Texas in late 1975, I continued working for Woolco for another 5 or 6 months and then left Woolco, and started Working for Union Carbide Chemical Plant in Texas City in 1976. I got married. The Marriage lasted about 7 years. I guess that is why they call it the 7 year itch. Anyway stayed at Union Carbide for 25 years and retired in 2001 at age 54. I worked as a Union Representative for Local #347 Operating Engineers for 3 years, and then finally really retired completely at age 57. in late 2003. I have been enjoying retirement all these years, and really enjoy not working. For exercise I run about 4 miles a day about five days a week. I play my guitar almost every day, and lately I have been making music videos and uploading them to You Tube. I have sixteen videos so far and planning to keep uploading more. I went to Harlingen in March and talked to some of my friends that are still in Harlingen, and were some of my band-mates when we use to be in a band. We used to play on weekends at the Party-line night club, and also weddings, 15 year birthday dances, and High school dances. Anywhere they would hire us.
