I married the love of my life, Jack, 8 years ago with a big clown wedding. We are clowns by trade and by personality. Both of us entertaining children and the occasional adults for twenty years now. This is how we make our living but it's also our passion. I hate bigotry and discrimination. I love justice and tolerance. I believe that religion causes more problems than it cures. I'm spiritual but not religious. I love science and math and mysteries. I love words and stories and books. I love to be amazed! I'm very happy. I love my life, my kids, my grand daughters and I adore my husband. We are immensely lucky. Deliriously happy. Love so much of the same things. We are like minded on the most important issues in life. I relish the simple things: Our evenings together on the couch watching TV or a good movie. Laughing at the silliest things until we can't catch our breath. Going on a trip or a new adventure. Challenging each other to greater things and enjoying our shared vocation. Never taking for granted my soul mate, my clown-boy, my best friend. A wonderful husband and a great step dad and step grand pa. This IS heaven. Finally a word about something that happened to me. In December of 2004 I took a fluoroquinolone antibiotic called Avelox (others are Cipro, Levaquin, and Floxin) I had an adverse reaction that did the following to me: Body wide nerve pain (neuropathy), I lost 35 lbs in six weeks, joint pain so bad that I could hardly walk, exhaustion, insomnia, off the chart anxiety, memory loss and confusion, "wired" feeling, nerve damage in abdomen. It took me 5 years to recover!!! Very slow improvement in the first two years. I am left with short term memory loss and chronic pain. This has devastated many people. PLEASE! If you are prescribed one of these drugs unless you are dying, ask the doctor for something else! It's playing Russian Roulette with your life. More information can be had at www.fqresearch.org.
