About Me	upon graduation I moved to alaska and became a comercial fisherman for two years then lived in Los Angeles for 5 years, moved to bozeman for about a year then moved to florida where I started my culinary adventure/training with Walt Disney World aftercompleating its apprenticship program I moved back to bozeman for a winter and worked in big sky then took a position in 1996 with the Coeur d' Alene Resort convention center culinary team then in 1999 I opened a small bistro called Tanglewood in downtown Coeur d'Alene met my wife via the restaurant got maried in 2000 and together we have two wonderful daughters, then sold our restaurant in 2005 to a local coffee roasting company and have become very active with the Coeur d' Alene Resort culinary program again and its team of executive chefs in particular with the Cedars Floating Restaurant where I became the executive chef in sept. 05 when the Coeur d'Alene resort took over its owernership currently I am stil withthe CDA resort and the Cedars and are working on other resraurant ...(read more)
