Angela was a lifelong resident of Johnson City. She was the daughter of Norma McInturff and the late Jimmy D. McInturff, both of Johnson City. Angela was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She enjoyed planting flowers, painting and decorating. Angela will be missed greatly by her family and friends, but in our grief we are reminded that "We are confident, I say and willing rather to be absent in body and to be present with the Lord: "2nd Corinthians 5:8. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Charles B. Norman Jr; a son, Layne B. McInturff; a brother, Travis McInturff; nephews, Keenan J. McInturff and Tyler McInturff; a special aunt, Rhonda McInturff Myers. A memorial service and a Celebration of Her Life will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Freedom Road Church, 708 West C Street, Elizabethton with Rev. Steve Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until the service hour. The family would like to thank the trauma doctors and nurses in the ER and Intensive Care Unit at the Johnson City Medical Center for their special care they gave Angela and the kindness they showed her family.
