Julie is a Retired Telecommunications Specialist who severed aboard 378ft High Endurance cutters engaged in law enforcement in the caribbean. Later she ran the search and rescue communications center for the central california coast (to 60 miles offshore) from Monterey, CA and then for New York City Harbor, Lake Champlain and the Hudson River, from Governors Island (Lower Manhattan), NY. Her final duty station prior to retiring was as an assignment officer in washington DC.
