About Me	Since high school I spent seven years in Columbia Missouri where I obtained degrees in Political Science and Psychology and I also received my law degree. In 2003 I moved back to Hannibal and started dating Whitney Locke who had just moved back to Hannibal as well and was teaching 10th grade at Hannibal High.
