-March 1963 to April 1963 Medical Helper (Basic) course at Gunter AFB (Montgomery AL) - six weeks
-April 1963 to June 1966 USAF Hospital Hamilton AFB,CA
-June 1966 to October 1966 Medical Technician (Advanced) training Sheppard AFB (Wichita Falls,TX) twenty weeks

-Dec 1969 to June 1971 USAF Hospital Hamilton AFB,CA

-While at Carswell I went TDY to Zweibruken,Germany twice. The first TDY was to open the 609th Contingency Hospital for Reforger 88 - a joint exercise with the Army. The second TDY was to reopen the same hospital in Support of Operation Desert Storm.
-1 November 1992 retired and moved to San Anmtonio,TX.
