Favorite School Memory	Being slammed (one-handed by the neck) against the old high school lockers by Wayne Hansen for greeting him with "Hi, Wayner". And deserving it, probably. Plus lots of good times with lots of good pals.
About Me	Married twice (first for 7 years, currently 33 and counting...), wasted years changing majors four times in two colleges, started three record/video stores, cut meat for a total of 12 more years (after Birdsell's), had one back surgery and three knee surgeries, worked in a machine shop, wrote a weekly music column in Iowa City for 17 years. Lived for four years in Chicago working at the late, great Swingville Jazz at 3344 N. Clark St. Ate a lot, drank a lot, had (still have) a lotta fun. Lost hair and gained pounds.
