About Me	Married in '82 to Denise (getting ready to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary). Went one year to ECC and then moved to Kansas. Got my B.S. (Agronomy) at Kansas State in '84 and my M.S. (agronomy) in '95. Denise and I have 6 daughters and 2 sons, from 26 down to almost 9. Our youngest was born on 9/11/01!! What a day! Up until yesterday (8/30/10) we had 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson. Last night our oldest had her third baby and this morning our second daughter had her third!! I think that must be some kind of record! Both babies were boys so we are split at 3 & 3. A couple years ago Denise and I, along with one of our daughters and sons-in-law started Living Water Farms, Inc. - a hydroponic greens production farm. We raise lettuce, other greens, microgreens, sprouts, cucumbers, rhubarb and edible flowers for many Chicago-area restaurants, some grocery outlets and Wheaton College. It's fun, but alot of work.
