About Me	Graduated Culinary school in 83 and traveled around the country cooking. however have two beautiful daughters aged 15 & 16. Have owned two very successful restaurants in Virginia. Now at the final part of my career, Ive enterered healthcare foodservice and went back to school to become a CDM, CFPP. I returned to the Phila area for a short period of time as a Vice President of Operations for a major contract foodservice company but realized that I missed my daughters (from a previous marrige) way to much.
