The Hamilton High School West 50th Reunion will be held on Sat, Nov 30, 2019, at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton's Mercer Ballroom located on 800 US Highway 130, Hamilton, NJ 08690, from 6 pm to 10 pm. The cost will be $69 per person.
This will be a reception, not a sit-down dinner, event, which will provide a cash bar, butlered hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, a butcher block dinner carving station, as well as a mashed potato bar featuring an assortment of vegetables, as well as a desert table.
Music will be provided by DJ Rob Porter of Porter Entertainment. Following the event, the Hilton Garden Inn's fire pit and associated bar will be available to continue the festivities.
A block of 10-20 rooms has been set aside and will be available for those attendees who wish to stay the night after the 50th Reunion festivities - the reservation information will be provided in the 50th Reunion invitation scheduled to go out end-April, beginning of May.
The discounted group rate will be $119 per night which is a standard king/double room. Suites will also be availalable for $139 per night.
Breakfast is not included in the rate - a hot breakfast buffet with cooked to order items will be available for $11.95 per person in the Garden Grille Restaurant open Sat and Sun 7 am - 11 am. Discounted pre-paid, non-refundable breakfast vouchers are also available for purchase.
