Dress will be smart casual. The event will include hors d’oeuvres, carving and pasta stations, and desserts. There will be a cash bar. Mastoris is catering the event and music will be provided by Sound Investment. The ilton Garden Inn on Route 130 in Hamilton has provided a block of 10 rooms for a special price of $139.00 per night plus tax to accommodate anyone wanting lodging in the area. The price will be held until September 11, 2013, using the code HW6566. After that date, the price will be $179.00 per night plus tax. Hamilton West will have a home football game against Trenton High School at 11:00 am. A hospitality tent will be provided.
