| About | Jerry S Tobyne of Firestone Co. passed away August 29, 2009. He was 49 Jerry was born January 20, 1960 in Norfolk, VA. To Henry E Tobyne Jr. and Doloris A (Lanham) Tobyne. Jerry grew up in Hamilton, MA. Where he graduated from Hamilton Wenham Regional High School. He continued his education at Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute in Rhode Island. He has lived and worked as a Chef in many locations in the United States, including Glendale, Arizona were he owned and operated Upper Class Catering and was the Executive Chef at America West Arena in the Copperhead Lounge. He truly enjoyed cooking. Jerry was a devout fan of the Boston Red Sox and coached youth hockey in Arizona. He is survived by two sons Ian Tobyne and Tyler Tobyne, his mother Doloris Lanham, twin brother Terry Tobyne and three sisters Kathy Bolduc, Mary McDonald, ,Patti Melanson, several Nephews and Nieces and 1 Great Niece and 3 Great Nephews He was cremated at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory. A memorial services will be held on October 3, 2009 at The American Legion Hall 11 Common Street, Stoneham MA. Services will start at 2:00 pm. A reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Juvenile Diabetes can be sent in care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel 326 Terry Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501. |
