About Me	I have lived in Branford, CT – a shoreline town close to New Haven, for 13 years now, six years in West Haven before that. I have been married for 16+ years to Frank, a children’s book illustrator/art teacher and have three beautiful boys ages 13, 11, and 8. We also have a beagle named Barker and had a kitten named Ollie. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry, Bayer, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, and now Boehringer Ingelheim (something about “B’s” I guess), for almost 16 years, primarily working in Regulatory Affairs. I took a 5-year break to raise my children, while I worked from home running a church-owned retreat center and Vacation Bible School. I love to read and cook; though not usually at the same time (burnt is not a flavor I shoot for). My 90-minute commute to work each way also allows me to get in some valuable audio-book time. I would like to say that I spend my spare time doing something productive, like gardening or exciting, like mountain climbing or scuba diving, but I have a black thumb and I am not much of an athlete.
