Walter Speirs
Class of 1977
Went o Dal for medical Biology and Respiratory Therapy until 1985. Then went west to Victoria and Vancouver BC and worked in Respiratory Therapy (RT) and Cardiac Perfusion until 1996. Tore it up on the Triathlon circuit in BC! Got fed up with the economy and moved to Monterey, CA then Grand Junction, Colorado where I've lived for almost 15 years. Got bored being an RT in the US (not as exciting or skilled as in Canada) and went to grad school in Physician Assistant (PA) Studies at the University of Utah, class of 2001. Go Utah Utes! Now work as a PA in a small ER in Fruita, Colorado, mountain biking Capital of Colorado with great skiing nearby. Regards from Walt, Julie and our two cattle dogs in western Colorado. Thank you and tributes to Mr Boyle (Math 11 and 12) for working us hard. Be a Warrior in Life !
