About Me	After college and graduate school, went to Taipei for several months to learn Chinese, then Hong Kong where I worked at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1979 to 2002, then moved to Kazakhstan where first I was department chair and then Dean at the Kazakhstan Institute for Management, Economics, & Strategic Research (KIMEP) and then Dean at Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU).
