Dinner will be catered by Chop's Barbeque owned and operated by our fellow classmate, Eugenia Clark Cottongin. Please choose:
1. BBQ or Smoked Chicken
2. Slaw with vinegar or mayo
3. Bun or Texas Toast
4. Cheesecake or Banana Pudding
5. Unsweetened Tea or Lemonade

If you were originally a part of the 1980 graduating class please attend even if you did not actually graduate from Haleyville your senior year. Dress comfortably, wear shoes & come listen to music of the 70's-80's provided by the DJ (tentative) and enjoy the bonfire. There is a large covered area where dinner will be served. We couldn't ask for a better set-up and so be sure to thank our classmate Harbert Cook for sharing this beautiful facility. Primitive campsites are available if you would like to camp. Unisex public bathroom and hot showers are available also. Harbert will be available all day if you would like to go by and set-up to camp. Other Info:
Camping?
The area is flat, some of it has grass some of it is dirt. You will be able to park your car at your camp site. The area is surrounded by woods so feel free to bring your bug spray!
Motor Homes?
There will be a separate area for motor homes & trailers. There are not any hook ups, but there is not any charge either.
Camp Fires?
There will be no fires on the grass; fires are ok in an above ground device. If you want to have a fire on the ground don’t camp on the grass.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes you can bring snacks and drinks but we ask that you support Chops Barbeque by buying a dinner ticket. Do not bring glass!!!
