While in the Marine Corps I was a Sergeant serving in Viet Nam between 1969-1970. I was a Communication Chief for the First Motor Transport which later I came back with them back to Cam Pendleton, California, where I continued my service later as an instructor for the Marine Corps reserve unit in Oklahoma City for the last 4 1/2 years.
