| About Me | KID AT HEART Guess that is why I LOVE Teaching!! Kids R MY LIFE!! Well, let see, I am a Special Education Teachers Aide and also Drive a Sp Ed Bus. I have been doing this type of work going on 14 Years now. I also keep a former student through Home Health care during the Summer Months. I Love these kids and you could not pay me enough to have ANY other job in the World! I have two kids,By my first Marriage, Sammy Burge (Class of 77) Sam is 27 and Amber is 19. Sammy and I divorced in 2001. Sam Finally Married his HS Sweetheart, Ashley Mays, of 11 Yr's on 12-12-08 :o} They just bought their first home! Amber Just Grad HS 6-4-10 and was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma. We are in the process of beating this Demon Disease and welcome ALL Prayers on her behalf! UPDATE: Amber has been Cancer Free for 1 Yr Now, we will be having her Internal IV removed Aug 25, 2011! Amber has been Cancer free almost three yr's now 6/2013 and is going to beauty college! PRAISE GOD! I remarried A guy from Mesquite , Glenn Barnes Aug 10, 2001 and we Separated Nov, 2005 and divorced 3-13-2006 I ran across an old friend the end of 2005 who turned out to be the LOVE of my life. We got married 3-12-11. Ronnie Duke (Class Of 76) he has one son, By his first Marriage, Stacy Montalvo (Class of 79). They divorced in 1981. Josh is 33 and is Married to My Katy Bug!! They have been married for 5 yrs. Their First home is Finally finished and they have officially moved in! Josh and Katy are expecting April 5th 2011!! Can't Wait to see U Kolby Curtis Duke!! (Update) Kolby decided to grace us with his presence early, Born 1-17-11 weighing in at 2lbs 12 0z 16 inch long. Mother and baby are doing fine. He will be in the hospital for a while til he weighs enough to go home. He is now up to 3 Lbs 4 Oz. Kolby coming Home today 3-15-2011! YEAH!! Kolby Now 6LBS 3 OZ!! Kolby Was 6 months old 1-17-11 and is now OVER 15 Lbs! Kolby turned 2 in Jan, He is such an Awesome Gr Baby! I LOVE my FAMILY!! Recently had to resign from my Job due to Back and Neck Injuries!
