About Me	I moved to Alabama two months after graduation (my entire family is from Alabama and my parents moved back after 26 years in Texas to take care of my Mom's parents. I applied, got in, and decided to take a chance and move with them) and attended The University of Alabama beginning that fall. I immediately fell in love with the university, its campus, its strong traditions and values, and the infamous Crimson Tide football team! I got involved and met tons of people (several of which will be friends for life). I was already a 'Bama fan but making 'Bama my alma mater solidified my commitment to and admiration for the winningest college football team in the country! During my last semester at UA, I lived in England for three and a half months to complete my student teaching while traveling all throughout the UK and Western Europe. I fell in love with travel and the adventures that come with it! I met some wonderful people from Penn State and some of them became lifelong friends as well. I got home after 14 and a half weeks in April and graduated (Cum Laude) one month later in May (2009). I now teach 4th grade and live in Hoover, Alabama.
