Leonard B Keller

Leonard Kellar did not graduate with his 1966 Guilford HS class. Unfortunately for economic reasons he dropped out! But it should be noted that Leonard for his service with the 9th Infantry in Viet Nam received from President Lyndon Johnson on the south White House Lawn on September 19th, 1968 for conspicuous gallantry and intrepidly at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty under intense enemy fire the Congessional Medal of Honor. Leonard was killed in a motor vehicle accident in October of 2009.

Our Guilford High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Guilford High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
